ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EV):
EV Parking: (Cash discount prices)
$500/ 1 month parking space rent in LOT
$250/ 1-7 days parking space rent in LOT
$500/ Damage Deposit + 1st & Last (week or month) LOT rent per (each) EV.
*Electricity and/or Cost of electricity is NOT included in EV Parking.
*DEPOSIT per (each) EV. DEPOSITS are REFUNDABLE if you are paid in full, no damages, & clean area upon final exit of the RV Park.
*No EV charging at a rented RV Lot.
*Each EV is required to rent its own Lot & use that specific Lot only for EV Parking. Not more than One (1) EV per one (1) Lot.
*Customer and/or Guest(s) must pay Deposit and rent a minimum of 7 days parking per any EV staying over night.
*All RV pedestals are designed for original RV factory Spec use only. We are NOT an EV CHARGING STATION.
